Certified: ERSA works to ISO 9001:2000

The Kurtz Group has been certified to ISO 9001:2000.

The focal point of the ERSA Quality Management system is optimizing customer satisfaction by consistent alignment of the processes & operating procedures. ERSA quality is to remain a term which can always be measured against the justified claims of our customers. In the entire Kurtz Group, quality management helps to implement this objective by improved transparency and consistency. Our objective remains refining the implementation of the QM system conforming to ISO international standards.

Protection of labour system

In July 2005, the Kurtz Group‘s management system for the protection of labour according to OHSAS 18001 standards was successfully certified by EQ-Zert. Due to this system, dangerous working steps are systematically documented and improved.
